IYC is founder-led by design. The same engineer who scopes the architecture in discovery is in the code review, on the production deploy, and on the call when something breaks — there is no handover to a junior team after the contract is signed.
Background spanning healthcare data integration, multi-tenant SaaS platforms, and applied AI, for operators and scale-ups across MENA, the Gulf, and Europe. Specialists join for their phase; accountability does not move.
